About GENA
What We Do
Mission
To obtain “Justice” for those who believe they have been denied it, by the failing systems currently prevailing in New Zealand and Australia.
Execution
GENA does not offer legal advice, medical advice or conduct investigations. GENA is associated informally with trusted lawyers as well as licenced private investigation agencies and on occasion, will engage these providers and other experts, as required.
Pillars
Acknowledge the unfettered power of our Sovereign Parliament to create law.
It can neither be subjugated to existing law, nor bound by court interpretation of existing law.
Injustice is a threat to Justice.
The State shall not be above Justice.
Safeguard individual rights; the privilege of property ownership; encourage private enterprise;
oppose interference by the State in business and State control of industry.
Ensure equality before the law irrespective of race, creed, colour, religion or beliefs.
There is only one version of the Treaty of Waitangi, which does not cede Sovereignty.
Preserve the name, New Zealand.
